Full Payment is due at the time of booking
Our Cancellation Policy
We understand emergencies happen, however, we are a very small business and our cancellation policy is as follows:
- 60 or more days before arrival – Full Refund
- 31-59 Days before arrival and we can either reschedule your stay, within the calendar year or receive a 50% Refund
- 30 days or less before arrival – Reschedule only, as per availability – No Refunds.
Check-In/Out Times
Check-In is from 4 pm-7 pm. Getting in later? No Problem, just pre-arrange a time with us.
Check-Out is 12 pm
Security Deposit
Additional Damage Deposit of $100 is required 48 hours prior to your arrival. A separate email and link for payment will be sent to you at that time, to make it as easy as possible. This will be a preauthorization on the credit card you provide at the time. You will not be charged following a satisfactory inspection of the site. The preauthorization will automatically expire.
The following items will lead to an unsatisfactory inspection:
• Excessive dirt or garbage. (Please use receptacles provided)
•Torn Screens or Canvas
• Burn holes in Screens or Canvas.
•Broken windows, furniture or any other items.
•Missing Items
•Evidence of Smoking INSIDE any of the Cabin,Tents or Bathrooms.
•Evidence of Pets in Non-Pet Friendly Sites.
We understand that normal use will require us to clean it. However, we expect you to respect our property as well as the next guests staying in the unit.
Please be sure to read our Cancelation and Refund Policy carefully. To allow for flexibility, if you have to cancel closer to your date of arrival and are unable to be refunded your full amount, we do offer a credit that can be used within 1 year of your original dates booked.
Quiet Time
We want everyone to enjoy their time and space in the outdoors therefore we do ask our guests to abide by the town’s 10pm quiet time ordinance.
Minimum Stay:
We have a two night minimum Stay.
Smoking
Smoking of any kind is NOT permitted INSIDE any of the tents, cabin,s or bathrooms. You are free to smoke outside at the campfire or at least 20 ft from any camping and bathroom units. This is private property and we are Cannabis friendly, but we ask that you ensure proper disposal of any joints/butts in the provided receptacles.
Wood for the Fire
We ask that you don’t bring wood in, we will provide you with a complimentary wood bundle for each night of your stay. If you would like extra wond they can be purchased for $5 a bundle. (Cash Only)
Ice for the Cooler
Complimentary Ice will be provided upon check in when requested. Subsequent refills of ice will be at the responsibility of the guest
