We’ve compiled a list of the most frequently asked questions about our glampground below. If you have any other questions, please contact us, and we’ll get back to you right away.

Our glampsites are set up like mini-vacation rentals, so there are no on-site activities.

Boyce Hill Trailhead is direct across the street and there is plenty of space for some outdoor games, like CanJam, Yard Yatzee, Ladder Golf, that we have available for guest use. There are many activities such as hiking, mountain biking, kayaking, and fishing nearby as well as Sky High Adventure Park at Holiday Valley Nearby Ellicottville offers an array of dining and shopping options.

We do not currently have electricity on the site. Our Safari Tents are seasonal and will only be available until mid-October. Our cabin has no heating, but we hope to add a heating element for the cooler months and ski season. All sites have battery-operated lights inside and a rechargeable fan as well as a charged battery pack for charging your personal devices. Solar lighting is used outside throughout the glampground.

Each site will have bottled water available for drinking and cooking.

We do not have running water or showers on site. Each site has its own rustic, detached 8×8 bathroom, equipped with a Sun-Mar composting toilet.

Not at this time. Our sites are furnished to accommodate two guests at each site, if you are looking to get away with a few friends, all three sites, accommodating six, can be rented and you can have the whole place to yourselves.

(Each site must have at least one adult 21 years or older)

“Glamping” is a term that comes from “glamourous Camping” which can mean different things to different people. Here at Good-Natured Glamping, it means camping but with a bit more comfort and added amenities. If you don’t normally like being outdoors or getting too close to nature, then we might not be for you. We are not a traditional campground, nor are we a 5 star resort. We are a small, off-grid private Glampground in the Enchanted Mountain Region, just a few miles outside Ellicottville and Franklinville. We welcome you to come enjoy the outdoors and make your trip an adventure!

We encourage our guests to unplug during their visit, therefore we do not have Wifi, however, most people are able to get cell service onsite.

We do have one “dog-friendly” Safari Tent site, for an additional $25 flat fee per dog per stay, equipped with a dog bed and bowls for your furry friend

Dogs are not allowed into our other sites, due to the potential allergies of our other guests. We appreciate your understanding

Your pooch MUST be LEASHED at all times and is NEVER to be left alone inside the tent, even if you are just outside whether they are crated or not. I’ve been a dog lover and owner my whole life. Dogs get out of crates and can chew when they are nervous or anxious. Also know we are located on a state route where the speed limit is 55 and there are woods across the street and behind us. We have wetlands on one side of us. You do not want to have to chase your dog through any of it. Pet owners are also responsible for cleaning up after their dog’s waste. All dog owners must show proof of rabies vaccine and license.
